Selection and Placement The aim of our process; A Grup organization is committed to culturally, to have the qualifications and competencies required by the open positions in our organization, to bring innovation and development to the open human resource. In this direction, placing the right people in the right job is our greatest goal.
In the selection placement process, competency and technical suitability of candidates eligible for applications from A Grup website and career portals is assessed by human resources and the relevant department. As a result of the evaluation, job offers are made to eligible candidates.
