Akım Metal Contributes to the Future of the Defense Industry at the 6th Defense Industry Meetings

The 6th Defense Industry Meetings, which brought together key representatives of Turkey’s defense industry, were held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul. Organized in collaboration with the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) and SAHA Istanbul, the event aimed to support Turkey’s nationalization goals in the defense industry and foster technological advancement.

During this prestigious event, Akım Metal’s General Manager, Ali Fazıl Böyet, participated as a speaker in the panel titled “An Overview of the Turkish Defense Industry from the Perspective of Technology, Development, and Collaboration.” In his speech, Mr. Böyet emphasized the importance of intersectoral collaboration and knowledge sharing:
